When determining an example of a range graded proportional circle map, we
must take into account that all of the data has been divided into two different
groups. The individual in charge of making the map (cartographer) chooses how
big and how small the circles must be to represent the data at hand. The
different types of circles can show us how big a population is or how small one
is.
